Everything we do' we do with care

Hey, we're Shoshana and Will, a couple who love our kids, Israel and baked goods (not necessarily in that order). One of our children has severe nut and sesame allergies. When we decided to spend a year in Israel, we were fearful of how we would survive in the land of bamba and soomsoom. After countless transatlantic flights schlepping duffle bags of bread and baked goods and many conversations with similarly challenged families, we decided it was time to create a delicious, safe bakery.
